We are living in an era in which we need to redefine almost everything. Branding is not a logo but the story you build in your mind when you see a logo.
Marketing is not anymore about interrupting unwilling people forcing them to buy what the marketer wants. It is about connecting disconnected people under the tribe they seek to belong to.
And Leadership is not about the authority someone gives you to do a certain job. It is about the responsibility we have to take and accept to be on the spot to serve and not to shine.
Titles come from what you do and not from your job description. So, when we take the responsibility to lead ourselves in new business paths that we define differently we also take the responsibility to educate people about what we are talking.
